Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing

• Accessories and optics: Typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

• Ammunition: Generally ships within 3–5 business days once age verification is complete.

• Firearms: Ship within 3–5 business days after we receive a copy of your chosen dealer’s Federal Firearms License (FFL).
  Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped via a trackable ground service; you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order departs.

• An adult signature (21 +) is required for all firearm and ammunition deliveries.

• Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier workload, and regulatory reviews. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is accepted by the carrier.

3. Shipping Requirements

• Firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer; we do not ship firearms directly to individuals across state lines.

• Ammunition ships only to customers who meet the federal minimum-age requirement (18 + for shotgun/rifle ammo, 21 + for handgun or other ammo).

• Orders are accepted and fulfilled only where permitted by federal, state, and local law. You are responsible for any licenses, permits, or other legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Returns

LBAI Gun Works LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final once an order has shipped. If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work with the carrier on your behalf.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we strive to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered the shipping queue. If you need assistance, email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
